The City of Onscenta is the blight of the nation. No one is safe. Daylight robbery is rampant, murder and racketeering is the order of the day, and life is as cheap as a bullet. The corrupt police are unable to stem the tide of crime, even if they took the time off from accepting bribes and intimidating the populace. The citizens of the city are constantly forced to take up arms in the face of crime and useless policing. Someone has to protect the neighborhood after all.
