Can an urban fantasy romance have more than just romance and action? I say, hell yes!! Of course, we need romance and dangerous times to keep us captivated. But what if the woman had more to deal? What if she had such a horrific past that the story wasn’t only about the new life she faced as a werewolf, but her soul needed mending?
For me, that’s a great story―one that brings the characters to life because they are real, heartfelt and never perfect. That alongside the heart pounding mystery, the sweet interaction between mates, there is a woman trying to figure out who she is.
