I started out reading Regencies when I was in high school, but the author that really caught my attention was Stephanie Laurens with her excellent Devil’s Bride. I currently have every one of the Cynster books and reread them often. The Bar Cynster is full of hot alpha men and the stories are exciting as well as having scorching love scenes. The Bastion Series, sequels to the equally great Captain Jack’s Woman are almost as good and I can’t wait for the last one to come out in September!

15 years agoI reviewed one of Stephanie’s Cynster books. The entire set is on my to be bought list. She has a writing style that grabs ahold of the reader and sucks them right into the midst of the novel. I hated to see the book end.
